Terms and Conditions

Terms & Condition - General Terms

Tax would be applicable as per the existing rate of tax at the time of billing.

Currently : 18% GST.
  • Service will be considered complete once the Analysis Report / Audit Report / Inspection Reports are handed over to the client.
  • Proposal Validity : 30 days from the date of proposal.
  • Mobilization time is 5 working days from the date of receipt of Purchase Order.
  • The sample may be tested in any of Equinox's regional labs, depending on scope and capacity.
Billing Terms
  • Billing of the job will be done in the name of Equinox Labs Private Limited.
  • 100% Advance payment against Proforma Invoice prior to processing of sample.
  • Credit period is net 30 days only if its an AMC or Work Order.
  • Alteration in Invoicing Details is not acceptable post confirmation of Purchase Order.
Sampling / Audit & Reporting
  • The client needs to arrange for the specific permissions required for visiting the site for the collection of samples.
  • Equinox Labs will provide the sterilized containers (if required) for sample collection.
  • Perishable samples are discarded immediately after analysis. Non-perishable samples are discarded after 2 days from the date of report.
  • Equinox Labs will try its best to deliver the reports on time. However, in case of delays, under no circumstances will any penalties be applicable on Equinox Labs.
  • The report is for the tested sample only.
Confidentiality
  • Equinox will keep all the reports and remarks made confidential.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed if required by clients for maintaining confidentiality.
