GMP/GAP Audit

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits, or Gap audits, are conducted to monitor if food business operators comply with the regulations and standards set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).
