Migration Testing

Migration Testing is done to determine if chemical substances are transferred from the packaging materials and food manufacturing equipment to the food products. Some types of packaging materials could be detrimental for food products, thereby making them unsafe for mass consumption. FBOs must adhere to the migration limits set by the regulatory bodies before introducing their products in markets.
